Ribchester Roman Museum

Lesson: History

Class: Year 3 Year: 2023 - 2024

Today we have had a brilliant day at Ribchester Roman Museum. We had a talk about Ribchester Roman site and looked at apainting of what it would have looked like. We discussed and held many artefacts - from old olive oil pots to leather shoes. We tried on body armour and talked about why it was needed. We visited the remains of the fort and talked about them being the granary and had a look around the museum. We finished our day visiting another remians - the baths.
