Filteration

Lesson: Science

Class: Year 5 Year: 2023 - 2024

Today we have completed our filteration investigation. We were given the choice of three water samples - sand and water, soil and water, gravel and water. We were then given three choices of filter - filter paper, socks or tights. We then grouped up with children who had chosen the same choices and worked together to filter the sample to try and make the water clearer. We used water clarity measures to see this change.
