We have been learning about the contact force 'friction.' We investigated this using different surfaces and shoes. We explored the force meters and surfaces to begin with. We then used a force meter (Newtons) to measure the frictional force created when pulling the shoe along a surface. We made predictions, tested, recorded our results in a table, then put them on a bar graph and finally evaluated what we had foudn out.
