Investigating the Effects of Exercise

Lesson: Science

Class: Year 2 Year: 2024 - 2025

Year 2 have been learning about human survival. As part of our topic we have investigated the effects of exercise on our body to help us understand the importance of exercise. We predicted what would happen to our heart rate if we carried out exercise, then we carried out a variety of exercises to see whether our heart rate increased or stayed the same and finally we evaluated what we found out.
