Music - Let Your Spirit Fly

Class: Year 3 Year: 2022 - 2023

Today we have racpped our simple rhythm playing notes CCFG. On the first count of each bar play the note. We have then improvised using our voices, clapping a rhythm and playing our glockenspiels using notes C and D. Finally we have composed a short simple rhythm as a whole class. Thinking about the type of notes we are using (minim or crochet), how many beats each note is worth and how many beats in a bar. Our rhythm is -  CCDD CCDD EEDC E E . We play this to our song Let Your Spirit Fly.
