Physiotherapist talk

Lesson: Science

Class: Year 3 Year: 2022 - 2023

What a lovely talk we had this morning by one of our reception parents who is a physiotherapist! Over the last half term we have been learning about our skeletal system - bones, joints, muscles, types of skeletons and what our body needs to stay healthy. To begin our talk we discussed and recapped the bones in our body and how they are connected - our physio had a broken down skeleton for us all to manipulate and see how each part works.  To end the talk, we had written questions to ask our visitor about what they would like to know about the body that we had not covered, most of our questions were answered! Thank you Katie for giving up your time to talk to us.
